Manufactured from heavy duty close grained high tensile seasoned cast iron
Precision ground bearing surface flatness within 0.0007″ (20 microns)
Suitable for 3-axis jobs: milling, surface grinding, drilling, jig boring, shaping
Can be used as low profile machine vice or with universal tilting table
Tilting movement: 0° to 45° each side
Horizontal movement: 0° to 90° each side
Fixed rotary base adjustable 0° to 90° (360°)
Vice jaws fully hardened and ground with parallelism within 0.0012″ (30 microns)
Jaw hardness: 55±5 HRC
Accurately machined table T-slots
